Localized Motion Icons for Global Email Campaigns
This project focused on enhancing the main email hero section with custom motion design icons — tailored to resonate across multiple markets. Targeting six distinct audience segments, the animations were created to feel playful, lightweight, and brand-aligned, while reinforcing key messaging visually. The goal was to increase user engagement by transforming static iconography into motion-enhanced entry points, optimized for email performance across devices and regions.

Designing for Engagement and Performance
Each icon was designed and animated to match the overall look and feel of the email's hero section, with a focus on clarity, timing, and delight. Animations were kept smooth and minimal — ensuring they caught the eye without distracting from the call-to-action. All GIFs were manually compressed to maintain visual quality while achieving fast load times across platforms.
Motion served as a lightweight layer of interactivity — reinforcing message hierarchy and visual flow.

Built to Scale Across Cultures
The icons were then adapted for four core markets: the US, UK, Australia, and Japan. Visual adjustments were made to align with regional preferences — considering color tone, symbolism, and rhythm — while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This localization approach allowed each audience to feel spoken to in a familiar, intuitive way.
Designs were globally consistent, yet culturally sensitive — striking the right balance between brand cohesion and regional nuance.
